Hearty enchiladas are stuffed with protein-rich lentils and fresh vegetables including corn and zucchini. Then, topped with a zesty tomatillo and green chili sauce and finished with your choice of cheese (vegan or traditional).


Sunchoke Chips with Creamy Beet Dip

Jerusalem artichokes are lightly salted and crisped in the oven, making the perfect carrier for this beautiful beet and white bean dip.



A healthy take on a traditional refried bean tostado. Refried black beans are layered on top of a crispy corn tortilla and topped with a zesty lime and chipotle dressed kale salad. Finished off with a drizzle of smoky chipotle cream sauce.
